“I did not become a healer. I only stopped refusing what I had always been.”
The Story
Alison Da Silva is the founder of the Soul Awareness Therapy Center and the author of Healer's Code. For over two decades she has sat at the threshold where clinical psychology meets contemplative practice — holding space for the healer within each of us to remember itself.
Her work began with a single, stubborn question: why is it so hard to accept who I am as a healer? The answer, she found, was never a method to be mastered but a husk to be released — the stone shell of doubt, performance, and inherited silence that keeps the soul's radiance buried.
Today Alison guides practitioners and seekers alike through the quiet architecture of a healing life: presence over perfection, shadow over pretence, integration over arrival. Her approach is slow, reverent, and unflinching — a practice of letting the light pour through the cracks rather than sealing them shut.
Presence
The healer's first offering is not a technique — it is the quality of their attention.
Shadow
What we refuse in ourselves, we cannot hold in another. The work begins in the dark.
Acceptance
Healing is not becoming someone new. It is finally agreeing to be who you are.
